A big long vacation might be needed to over come the terror of such a loss.

Making mistakes is not bad in poker tournament, but recognizing it and rectifying it by the next time is important in poker failing which the player can never improve by any other way. Making mistakes and learning to play the other way it the best kind of poker training that anyone can undergo. So, dare to make a few mistakes, but be sure to correct them.
